Cook the Pasta

Boil a pot of salted water. Add a drizzle of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Saute the Vegetables

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, peas, and green chilies. Cook until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.

Add the Spices

Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, Maggi masala, pasta masala, and chaat masala to it. Let the spices’ aroma get released for few minutes. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. to coat the pasta with this flavorful sauce. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot.
