- Two cups of rice
- Half a cup of washed urad dal
- Half a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil

- Half a kilo of boiled and mashed potatoes
- One and a half cups of chopped onions
- Two finely chopped green chillies
- 8-9 curry leaves
- One-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder
- Half a cup of water
- Oil
- One teaspoon mustard seeds
- Salt to taste

Method of making masala dosa
How to make masala filling
Heat a little oil in a wok or pan. After it gets hot, add mustard seeds, onion, curry leaves and green chillies and fry. Fry it until the onion becomes transparent. Now add salt, turmeric and mix well. After this add potatoes to it. Mix well and add some water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Your masala is ready.
How to make masala dosa
First of all, soak rice in one vessel and lentils and fenugreek seeds in another vessel for the whole night. If you want, you can also soak it for 5-6 hours. After this, grind the rice and make a little batter by adding salt and water to it and grind the lentils smoothly.
Heat the pan and apply oil to it. When it becomes hot, sprinkle some water on it and immediately spread the batter on it and make it round. After spreading the batter, reduce the flame and put some oil on the edges so that the dosa can cook well. Let it become light brown on one side. On the other side, now put the stuffing in the middle and fold it. Your masala dosa is ready.
