The Hero Xpulse 210 has been finally unveiled at India Mobility Expo 2025 and marks a massive step for Hero MotoCorp into its adventure motorcycle segment. At Rs 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom), this entry-level machine is trying to make adventure riding accessible to an even larger group of people. Bookings of the Xpulse 210 are to start from next month with deliveries to follow in March.

A Refined Engine for Better Performance

The Xpulse 210 features a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The powerplant has 4-valves and puts out a respectable 24.6bhp and 20.7Nm of torque, with a smooth 6-speed transmission. Hero has worked on improving the efficiency of the engine to achieve a balance between power and fuel economy.

Adventure-Ready Chassis and Suspension

The Xpulse 210 is built to adventure with its robust chassis and long-travel suspension. Front, it houses long-travel telescopic forks with travel of 210mm, whereas the rear boasts a monoshock unit of 205mm. This should sufficiently absorb bumps, making for an easy ride over tarmac or off-road trails.

Braking and Tyres for Confidence

Braking duties are entrusted to disc brakes at both ends, complemented by a reassuring dual-channel ABS system. The motorcycle runs on a set of rugged spoke wheels – 21 inches at the front and 18 inches at the rear. The motorcycle is covered in knobby tires that would allow for maximum grip on various surfaces.

Advanced Features and Connectivity

Modern features of the Xpulse 210 enhance its functionality and rider convenience. The most prominent feature is the 4.2-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity. Here, the riders will easily be able to navigate, play music controls and take call notice from the instrument cluster.   Stylish and Functional Design

True to its adventure spirit, the Xpulse 210 boasts a rugged yet stylish design. A round LED headlight with a transparent visor dominates the front, flanked by LED turn signals. The tubular handlebar provides excellent leverage and the single-piece seat offers comfortable ergonomics for both rider and pillion.

Co-existence Strategy

With the Xpulse 210 placed at about Rs 24,000 more than the existing Xpulse 200, Hero has elucidated precisely how both products can be sold together. It will cover the budget and riding preference requirements of entry-level and performance-sensitive riders in the adventure segment.

Conclusion

Hero Xpulse 210 is a leap of the brand into the adventure motorcycle segment. This has a refined engine, capable chassis, and a lot of modern features to make the brand more accessible to the off-road exploration world for a new breed of riders. The competitive pricing further adds on to the appeal making it an interesting proposition for the seeking affordable yet capable adventure companion.
