A rapid charger can fill the battery to full capacity in just 2 hours and 12 minutes, while a portable charger offers a more convenient albeit slower option, taking 6 hours and 42 minutes for a full charge.

The E-Access is a stylish, modern-looking scooter that takes design cues from its gasoline-powered brethren. A slender LED headlight is positioned on the front fascia and is flanked by neatly integrated turn indicators. The scooter’s profile is smooth, flowing lines with a comfortable-looking single-piece seat. E-Access will be offered in a wide variety of beautiful dual-tone colors. These are going to make the scooter really very personal and beautiful.
