According to some media sources, Disney’s current plan is to maintain a 100-day theatrical window to maximize box office earnings. After that, the movie will be available on streaming platforms. A report from Digital Spy suggests that, based on this strategy, Moana 2 could premiere on Disney+ in March 2025.

Since the 100-day period wraps up on March 6 and Disney typically releases movies and shows on Wednesdays, Moana 2 is anticipated to debut on Disney+ on March 12, 2025. However, the creators have not yet confirmed the official release date or platform.
