According to the latest reports, the shooting of Farzi Season 2 is likely to start in late 2025, and it may release in the second half of 2026. According to a report by Pinkvilla, the show’s directors Raj and DK, along with Shahid Kapoor, have almost completed work on the story of the second season. This time, the story will be full of even more twists and turns, where Sunny will face Michael (Vijay Sethupathi) and dangerous gangster Mansoor (KK Menon).

In the first season, Shahid Kapoor played the role of a talented but troubled artist named ‘Sunny’, who gets into the business of printing fake notes. He clashes with a strict officer, Michael, who is on a mission to save the country from fake currency. On the other hand, a gangster named Mansoor destroys Sunny’s world. The clash between these three characters became the life of the show, and now in the second season, this clash will be shown on an even bigger scale.
