Aamir Khan Postpones Teaser Due to India-Pakistan Tension
Keeping in mind the ongoing India-Pakistan situation, Aamir Khan has postponed the release of the teaser of his upcoming film. A statement from Aamir Khan’s production company said, “In view of what is happening on the border and the situation that has developed across the country, Aamir has postponed the release of the teaser of this film.”
Pahelgam Attack Led to Initial Delay
Originally, the teaser of the film was supposed to be released in late April. However, it was delayed after the attack in Pahelgam on April 22.
India Responds with ‘Operation Sindoor’
Fifteen days after the Pahelgam attack, India launched a military response. The operation was carried out after midnight last Tuesday and was named ‘Operation Sindoor’.
Rajkummar Rao’s Film Also Affected
Not just Aamir Khan’s film, but other films are also facing changes due to the current situation. The makers of Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi’s upcoming movie Bhool Chuk Maaf have made a big decision. Although the film was initially planned for a theatrical release, it will now be released directly on OTT.
