Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has officially opened the admission process for PG diploma and special courses for the academic session 2024-25. This is a golden opportunity for students interested in pursuing specialized programs in their chosen fields. BHU has released an online application link for 56 special courses, providing students ample time to apply until December 21.
Application Fees and Categories
For students belonging to the general and OBC categories, the application fee is ₹600. Students from SC/ST categories are required to pay ₹300. If applicants wish to apply for more than one course, additional fees apply. For general and OBC category students, the fee for each additional course is ₹400, and for SC/ST students, it is ₹200.
Streamlined Online Application Process
The application process is conducted online through BHU’s official portal, ‘BHU Online.’ This year, the university has streamlined the admission process to ensure it is more user-friendly, making it easier for students to apply and not miss out on these valuable opportunities.
Available Courses and Durations
Out of the 60 diploma courses previously offered, six have been discontinued, leaving 56 courses available. These include diploma and certificate programs with durations ranging from six months to two years, offering flexibility to students.
