This bike is not only great in mileage, but is also special due to its attractive design and powerful features. It has useful features like speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge along with digital instrument console. However, it lacks modern features like GPS navigation, mobile connectivity and touch screen, but features like low fuel indicator and daytime running lights (DRLs) make it special.
Performance and engine of Bajaj Platina
This new bike of Bajaj is equipped with a powerful 125cc engine, which produces 9.3 bhp of power at 8000 rpm and 9.7 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. This engine has an air-cooled system and follows BS6 Phase 2 emission standards. The 5-speed gearbox and 1 down, 4 up gear pattern make it very easy to drive. This bike is capable of achieving a top speed of 93 km/h.
Mileage and range of Bajaj Platina
The mileage of the bike is its biggest plus point. It gives a fuel efficiency of 91 km/liter. With a combination of CNG and petrol, it offers a riding range of about 330 km. A range of 200 km on CNG and 130 km on petrol makes it suitable for long journeys.
