Step inside the Sealion 7, and you’re greeted by an oasis of luxury. A large 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system takes center stage, complemented by a premium 12-speaker Dynaudio sound system that delivers an immersive audio experience. A head-up display keeps vital information within the driver’s line of sight, while a panoramic sunroof with an electric sunshade adds a touch of open-air luxury, particularly beneficial in the Indian climate.

BYD Sealion 7 Performance That Electrifies

The Sealion 7 is built on BYD’s cutting-edge e-Platform 3.0 and is available with a choice of two battery pack sizes: 82.5 kWh and 91.3 kWh. The smaller battery supports both rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations, while the larger battery is only available with AWD.

The RWD variants feature a potent 313 PS and 380 Nm of torque, while the AWD variants unleash a staggering 530 PS and 690 Nm of torque.

The smaller battery pack is expected to offer a range of 482 km in RWD and 456 km in AWD configurations. The larger 91.3 kWh battery boasts an impressive WLTP range of 502 km. All versions support 150 kW DC fast charging, which allows for a quick 10% to 80% charge in about 30 minutes, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing convenience.
