It has, again, enthralled the hearts of Indian car lovers by coming out with Safari Bandipur Edition. Inspired by the mighty Bandipur National Park, the new special edition carries on from where the erstwhile Kaziranga Edition had left, carrying ruggedness in perfect tandem with sophistication. So, let’s explore further as to what makes this particular Safari special.

Design Differentiation

The Bandipur Edition boasts exclusivity with a bold “Bandipur Edition” badge on the front fender. A black roof adds to the bold stance of the SUV, a design feature that is not offered in the standard Safari trims. This creates a head-turning presence on the road and hints at the adventurous spirit within.

Refined Interior Aesthetics

Step inside, and you see a break in the standard Safari’s interior theme. The Bandipur Edition gets a carefully put-together color scheme, which does create a lovely contrast for the seats. It’s also finished with embossed headrests, which will make the entire driving experience even more luxurious. The interior is quite similar to that of the standard Safari, but these small design upgrades do make a difference and set up an inviting ambience.

A Feature-Rich Package

The Bandipur Edition carries over the extensive feature list of the standard Safari, so this vehicle does not leave one wanting more in terms of comfort and connectedness. At the center of the touch-sensitive 12.3-inch infotainment system lies a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display. Ten speaker JBL soundstages replete the room with sonic delight, and the Bandipur Edition also sees the inclusion of wireless phone charging. Other distinguished features would include a powered tailgate, automatic climate control dual zone, ventilated seats in 6-seater versions, a panoramic sunroof, and an air purifier to enjoy premium and comfortable ride quality.

The Bandipur Edition remains very safe. Tata has given the SUV a full gamut of safety equipment, which includes 7 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Assist, a 360-degree camera, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for that added peace of mind in every journey.

Pricing and Availability

The ex-showroom price of the standard Tata Safari starts from Rs 15.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 26.79 lakh (New Delhi). The pricing of the Bandipur Edition, which is expected to be priced at a premium of a slight nature over the standard model, has not been officially announced. The Tata Safari Bandipur Edition is a promising offer for those who wish to have an attractive, safe, and feature-rich SUV. With unique design elements and robust safety features, this automobile is sure to feature in the catalog of many strong contenders to be considered in the competitively active SUV segment.
