Questions are being raised on the 70th Preliminary Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024 held on December 13 in Bihar, but the BPSC has made it clear that the entire examination will not be cancelled. Friends, when the future of the students is at stake and fingers are being raised on the examination system, it is natural for everyone’s attention to go towards this.

Demand for cancellation of examination and strict stand of the commission

Amidst allegations of leakage of question paper in the examination, BPSC on Friday clarified that there is no question of cancelling the examination. Controller of Examinations Rajesh Kumar Singh said that the demand to cancel this examination conducted in the entire state is baseless. He said that due to the disturbances during the examination at Bapu Examination Complex in Patna, only the examination there has been cancelled. The examination will be conducted again at this centre on January 4 at some other place.

Allegation of students’ protest and conspiracy

Rajesh Kumar Singh also claimed that some private coaching institutes are instigating the students and fueling the demand for cancellation of the examination. He termed it a well-planned conspiracy and said that instead of misleading the students, they should focus on their future.

Political support and increasing pressure

Many political figures have also come out in protest against the examination. The situation worsened after the protesting students got their support. Last week, the protesters tried to reach the BPSC office, forcing the police to take action.

Commission’s appeal to students

BPSC has appealed to the students not to pay attention to rumours and continue preparing for the exam. The commission has said that it will ensure that the examination system remains transparent and fair.

Friends, such examinations are the means to make our dreams come true. Therefore, we should work with restraint and patience. For the students who are working hard, this is the time to give their best. Look towards the future and face every challenge with a positive attitude.
