The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, which is conducting this year’s exam, has announced that the link to download the admit card will be activated tomorrow at around 11 am.
You all know how important the GATE exam is, especially for those students who are planning higher education and careers in the field of engineering and technology. This year’s exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15 and 16. However, earlier this admit card was to be released on January 2, but it was postponed due to some administrative reasons.

Keep these things in mind before going to the exam
It will be mandatory for every candidate to carry an original photo identity card with them on the day of the exam. Please note, that photocopies, scanned copies or expired documents of the identity card will not be valid. It is necessary for Indian students to carry one of the identity cards like an Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID or Driving License.
Foreign students must carry a valid photo identity card or passport issued by the government of their country.
One more important thing, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 30 minutes of the start of the exam. So try to reach on time.
