Dermatologist Dr. Yugal Rajput of GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, UP, while talking to News18, said that the humidity in the air decreases in winter, due to which the skin becomes dry and dull. To avoid this, one should drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily and include seasonal fruits in their diet. These fruits contain vitamins and minerals, which help in keeping the skin healthy. Eating whole fruits instead of fruit juice is more beneficial for the skin.

Orange is a very beneficial fruit for skin in winter. Oranges are rich in vitamin C, which moisturizes the skin and increases the production of collagen. Collagen keeps the skin flexible and fresh.
